Meet Executives Marcus Habeeb and Randy Habeeb

Marcus Habeeb

Founder and CEO of Habeeb Capital, LLC

Marcus Habeeb is the Founder and CEO of Habeeb Capital, LLC. Prior to founding Habeeb Capital, Marcus was the President of American Heritage Mortgage Group with more than 110 employees and 10 offices spread across the United States. In addition, Marcus was a founding partner at Global Alternate Sources, LLC, a Consulting firm that catered to Small Businesses to provide expert business advise to solve a range of business development and operational concerns. His Military background and training informs his discipline and focus which has guided him throughout his career.

Marcus has been described as a visionary and a maverick by those who have been fortunate to work with him. He is a highly accomplished individual, armed with an MBA in Business Administration and a BBA in Finance. 

Randy Habeeb

Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Prior to founding Habeeb Capital, LLC, Randy worked on the Distressed Debt & Commodities trading desk at Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Morgan Stanley. Where the team successfully traded over $1 Billion weekly. Randy worked as a investment banking analyst, specializing in equity and debt placement for distressed companies such as Toys R Us. He was introduced to intermediaries and their business model at his first role as an investment banking analyst at Barclays, where he sat with the leveraged finance team.Randy graduated from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, with a B.A. in Quantitative Economics.

Iris Jacob

Project Management & Managing Director
Prior to joining Habeeb Capital, LLC, Iris managed B2B and B2C accounts at S’well Bottle. Iris got to play a pivotal role in implementing new processes, improving customer service and managing small to large accounts in a fast paced start up environment. With an entrepreneurial mind set, she started an Event Planning business 5 years, managing various events with a focus on weddings. She completed her B.A in Corporate Communications at Baruch College and will be continuing her studies with a focus in Project Management.
